Local Delivery is preferred method of shipping

Free in-Store Pickup

 

Shipping via UPS quoted by request on limited items

 

2. PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 24 hours excluding weekends and public holidays.

 

3. CANCELLATIONS

After an order is submitted, processing begins and the order cannot be canceled. If there are questions about canceling an order, please contact us.

5. DELAYED ORDERS

Any order which may be delayed due to viability of materials are handled on a case by case basis. 

 

6. DAMAGED ORDERS

Plumine Nursery is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier: If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim.

 

7. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.

Plumline Nursery does not take vehicles beyond the curb or driveway to make bulk or plant deliveries without a signed waiver.
